Lots of love and thought goes behind each piece that we choose to bring out. We truly hope that you adore your pieces but in the event that they're not right, here is what we can do…
CHANGE OF MIND For change of mind, we are not able to accept returns or exchanges for hygiene reasons under health and safety regulations for ear jewellery.
However, you can have peace-of-mind in knowing that all items you purchase are brand new, not a re-sale of a previously returned item and have never been worn or tried-on.
Please consider carefully before you purchase and feel free to ask us any questions you may have!
SALE ITEMS All sale items purchased are considered final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. This includes items purchased during our Sample Sales.
DAMAGED ITEMS If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your parcel.
Before we ship out any parcel:

We carefully inspect all pieces to ensure that they are in pristine condition

We add sufficient protective packaging to help prevent any damage in transit
We will not be held liable for any damage that may occur during transit. However, we understand that it is disappointing when goods arrive damaged due to shipping. Please email liviairshop@outlook.com and we will try our best to offer a satisfactory outcome.
FAULTY ITEMS Faulty items will be entitled to a full refund or exchange, subject to inspection by us.
We pride ourselves in the quality of our items but if you do receive a faulty item, please contact us as soon as possible:

Once we confirm that the fault is due to a manufacturing error:

We will refund the cost of the returns shipping

A refund or replacement item will be processed

Please note, the following conditions are NOT considered to be a manufacturing fault and do not qualify as a "faulty item":

Normal wear and tear of jewellery

Fading of the gold plating over time

Clip breakage - our clips have been thoroughly trialled and tested to ensure that they are durable and can be worn for years. We will not cover accidental breakage of clips from usage. It will not be considered a manufacturing fault unless we have found many issues within the same production batch.

We reserve the right to refuse any returns if it does not meet our policy. If the return is deemed unacceptable, it can be returned to the customer at the customer's own expense.
